K - 8 Testing

The IDEA and section 504 require that schools provide assessment and interventions for anyone requiring them.

The idea is not to lower the bar, but create an environment where your child is set up for success and is able to demonstrate their knowledge and accomplishments event if they don’t necessarily think or process information like many of their classmates. 

This is done by coming up with and IEP (Individual Education plan) or a 504 plan. While you can request testing through the school district, some people opt for private testing since we explore many more areas than the schools and can identify issues that can be overlooked.

Aside from learning disabilities, this can also include ADHD, Emotional Disturbance, Autism, and Other Health Impairments. 

We usually have much shorter waiting lists, and shorter report turn around times so your child doesn’t fall further behind.
